According to the Tax Procedure Law Circular No. VUK-202/2026-8 published by the Revenue Administration on June 8, 2026, an extension has been granted for e-Ledger uploading periods.
The details of the new regulation are summarized below:
1. Scope of the Extended Deadlines

The deadline for the e-Ledgers that needed to be created and signed by the end of June 10, 2026, by taxpayers included in the e-Ledger application has been extended.

Similarly, procedures that had to be completed by the end of June 15, 2026 (since June 14 falls on a public holiday) have also been extended.
2. The New Deadline

The period for creating, signing, and uploading the e-Ledgers and certificate files to the Revenue Administration’s IT System for the relevant months has been extended until the end of Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
