The services we provide to our customers in HR and Payroll are as follows;

  • Preparing monthly payrolls in line with the information received from the company and making allowances, net wages, insurance, deductions, tax calculations and preparing all kinds of official lists and reports regarding payroll,
  • Preparation of SSK declarations and Income tax (withholding) declarations, receipt of accruals, informing the customer,
  • Sharing the prepared payrolls with the payroll holders (by hand in a sealed envelope or by e-mail),
  • Arranging all kinds of documents regarding employment and exit procedures
  • Preparing employment insurance information, making all kinds of compensation wage calculations in accordance with the legal regulations and in accordance with the instructions of the company officials, and submitting them to the bank with the approval of the human resources management,
  • Preparing and keeping personal files and other working information,
  • Annual leave tracking and keeping the leave book,
  • Arrangement of personnel’s visa papers and giving them over the web,
  • Preparation of documents such as release and notice that must be signed by the personnel in case of leaving the job, preparation of documents such as savings information and employment certificate that must be given to the personnel,
  • Preparing the information and documents to be submitted to the official offices,
  • Providing consultancy to companies on labor laws and practices, informing them about legal changes,
  • Sending payroll, leave and personnel entry-exit information to the personnel,
